Step 1

Scan the QR code and complete the form by 15th of February, 23.59 CET.

You will be asked to:

• Upload your CV
• Write in less than 200 words why you want to join BSI and what skills you would be able to share with us
• Choose your preferred Division in BSI

Step 2

After a first CV screening (don’t worry we do not require previous experience!) you will receive an email asking your availability for an interview with our BSI members of the board.

The interview will depend on the division you applied for, but we will ask some general questions about you, your passions, and your personal experience.

• The interview for the Consulting division will involve a brief and simple case study. We do not expect you to be an expert at case studies, nor we expect you to use advanced maths, we just want to see how you reason!
• The interview for the Tech division will involve a couple of technical questions, related to data handling and analysis. Again, we do not expect you to know everything!

Step 3

Lastly, 2 days to a week after the interview, you will receive an email with the final decision.
